This is an important book for those interested in the future of marketing and business design.Â It reports on a paradigm shift that we all need to get our heads around, in a similar way that The 1-to-1 FutureÂ was good intellectual grounding for what was to come, when it arrived on the sceneÂ in the mid-1990s.
